MY son is at ITB Graduating at he end of the month and then headed to SF school and on to Washington DC. I miss him and anxious for the holiday with Marine Gumby hopes of seeing him. I live in Maine and have wild animals that wander around our house, moose, deer, rabbits, bear, coy dogs...yuck, and once a lynx. I am happly married to a police officer and have two sons. 1 is 21 and a Marine at Camp Leguene who spent three years at Endicott College outside of Boston and was also a police officer. Nic wants to do elite policing in the future and joined the Marines as a way to train to be the best of the best. We could not be prouder. The second is 17 year old who is a junior in high school who also wants to be a police officer. I work for surgeons in a small rural town.




So Update...My son is an United States Marine currently settled into our home for eight days until going to ITB at SOI school! Graduated from ITB on halloween day. Immediate bus trip to VA for Security Forces school! Can't wait to see him again.

April 8, 2009 Nic getting ready to deploy to Cuba, Steve turning 18 and preparing for graduation and college. Myself well I am preparing for an empty nest not too excited about that. Nic will be home for a day and 1/2 for Easter so really excited about that.
